Ben Ellefsen
Group Sales & NPD Director
With a lifelong affinity for flavour, and a flair for brand creation, Ben has a passion for developing new spirits brands for the world to enjoy. Ben is Managing Director of Atom Brands, and Chairman of Maverick Drinks. Ben has been a Keeper of the Quaich and Warden Rectifier for the Gin Guild since 2014.
Joel Kelly
Group Legal Director
A qualified solicitor since 2004, Joel trained and practised with the corporate team at international law firm Slaughter and May. Before joining the group, Joel was a partner in Thomson Snell & Passmore, a substantive, award-winning regional law firm. Joel manages a team of in-house lawyers, and oversees risk and compliance across the group.
Tom McGuinness
Group Marketing & Analytics Director
With a background in marketing analytics for blue-chip financial companies (most recently Head of Marketing Analytics at RBS Group) Tom leads the group marketing and analytics functions. These offer marketing domain expertise, campaign and events management, and data-driven decision support to meet the goals of the group businesses. Tom is also Interim MD for Master of Malt.
